How do I order and pay for my products?

There are various secure payment methods that we offer, including online transfer including Public Bank, Maybank CIMB Bank, credit card and debit card. For more detailed information on how to order and our accepted payment methods.

How long does delivery of my order take?

 

Delivery times differ. Local orders for peninsular Malaysia can take 1−4 working days, whereas Western Malaysia from 5-10 working days to be delivered.

When should i expect to receive refund?

 

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return. Once Mystyle.com receives your return, we will process it and apply any applicable refund. Please allow 2-5 days for the money to post to your account.

Can I cancel my order?

You can return an order. If you want to cancel an order which has not been shipped yet we recommend you to email to sneakers@mystle.com. Please put in the subject of your email: “CANCEL ORDER: SB(ORDERNUMBER)”. We try to process cancellation emails at once.

Unfortunately it’s possible we receive the email too late because of weekend or holidays or your order is already shipped, in this case you can return the order after you have received it.

Return Policy

​

At Mystyle.com, we offer FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS on almost every item we carry, so there's no risk. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. And if your item(s) is eligible, we'll also issue you a FREE return label. Just follow these simple guidelines:

1. Returned items must be in new condition.

Mystyle.com will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.

2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.

Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

​

3. You must have a return authorization number for ALL returns and exchanges.

Call local store at 06-6554312 during our normal business hours (Monday to Sunday:  12pm - 10pm) for a return authorization code, and to receive a FREE return label (if your item(s) is eligible for free return).
